Shipping & Preparation Requirements:

Please ensure your cards arrive in 'ready-to-list' condition.

Cards must be in clean, image-ready toploaders or magnetics.
- ⚠️
We DO NOT accept cards in semi-rigid holders or penny sleeves only.
- ⚠️
If we need to re-sleeve or topload your cards, a $1 per item fee may be applied.
Important Auction Rules:
- ❌ DO NOT bid on your own items. This is a conflict of interest and unfair to other bidders.
- 💰 By consigning with us, you agree to let the market determine the sale price without interference.
- ⚠️ We reserve the right to charge additional fees if clients bid on their own items.
Frequently Asked Questions
Our payout rates vary based on the service level selected and the items submitted. Please refer to our submission guide for full details on each service level and what's included.
- Standard 7-day auctions: Start on Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
- MC Monday Auctions ($1K+ items): Start Fridays, ending on Mondays.
- Monthly Showcase Auctions ($5K+ items): Start the second Friday of each month.
- Standard duration: 7 days
- By request: 5-day auctions
- Other durations (1, 3, or 10 days): Available for a $2 per listing fee (excludes MC Monday & Monthly Showcase).
- Signature Auction: 2 Business Days
- Premium Bulk: 5 Business Days
- MC Monday: Listed in the next MC Monday auction
- Monthly Showcase: Listed in the next Monthly Showcase
- Sealed Wax: 7 Business Days
- Memorabilia: 7 Business Days
- No, all auctions start at $0.99 with no reserve.
- Partial payouts on your submission can begin as early as the day after your auction ends. Final payouts are typically issued within 7–10 days after the submission ends.
- Once funds are added to your MCSC account, you can manually request a payout.

- ACH (Bank Transfer) → 1-2 business days (No fee)
- Wire Transfer → Same business day (USA) | 2-5 business days (International) ($25 fee)
- Check (USA only) → Mailed within 2 business days of request ($15 fee)
- PayPal Goods & Services → We do not cover PayPal fees.
- Requests made before 3 PM EST on business days will be processed the same day in most cases.
- Yes! We accept international consignments and offer payout via international wire or PayPal.

- They will not be relisted and can be returned upon request within 5 days of auction end.
- After that, they become property of MCSC.

- In some cases, we may pay you for the item and retain ownership.
